Our Vision

GENERATION+ envisions a Europe where young people are empowered to actively shape societies founded on equality, diversity, inclusion, and respect for human dignity. We believe in a future where every individual, regardless of their gender identity, sexual orientation, or personal background, has the freedom to live authentically, express themselves openly, and participate fully in social, civic, and democratic life.

At the heart of our vision lies the conviction that true democracy can only flourish when all voices are equally heard, represented, and respected. We recognize young people not simply as the future of Europe, but as active contributors to its present, capable of driving meaningful change, challenging inequalities, and building stronger, more inclusive communities.

Through empowerment, advocacy, education, and structured dialogue, GENERATION+ works towards a society where LGBTQ+ rights are not only acknowledged, but fully protected, promoted, and celebrated as fundamental human rights. By fostering understanding, solidarity, and mutual respect, the project aims to challenge discrimination, break down barriers, and create spaces where diversity is embraced as a strength.

Our vision is a Europe where participation is not a privilege reserved for a few, but a fundamental right accessible to all,  a Europe where young people stand at the forefront of social transformation, leading the way toward a more just, inclusive, and equitable future for everyone.
