Module 1

Module 1: LGBTQ+ Rights, Identity & Inclusion

This module introduces participants to the fundamental concepts of gender identity, sexual orientation, and inclusion, creating a safe space for reflection and dialogue. It explores LGBTQ+ rights, intersectionality, inclusive language, and the importance of dignity, empathy, and respect in building more inclusive communities.

Module 2: Youth Participation, Democracy & Policy Engagement

This module focuses on the role of young people in democratic life and decision-making processes at local, national, and European levels. Participants explore civic participation, policy-making cycles, European democratic mechanisms, and advocacy tools, strengthening their understanding of how youth voices can influence social and political change.

Module 3: Advocacy, Campaigning & Community Mobilisation

This module equips participants with practical advocacy skills and campaign-building strategies to influence policies, raise awareness, and mobilise communities. It covers advocacy fundamentals, SMART goal setting, coalition-building, and grassroots action planning, empowering young people to drive change in their local contexts.

Module 4: Storytelling, Media & Digital Activism

This module highlights the power of storytelling and digital tools as instruments for social change. Participants learn how to craft impactful narratives, address online hate speech, strengthen digital safety, and create advocacy content such as videos, posters, or podcasts to amplify their messages and promote inclusion.

Module 5: Action Planning & Sustainability

This module supports participants in transforming ideas into concrete, sustainable action plans. It focuses on community-led planning, partnership building, resource mapping, impact monitoring, and long-term sustainability, ensuring that the knowledge and advocacy developed throughout the project can continue beyond its formal duration.
