By creating a collaborative and supportive environment, the initiative successfully empowered a new generation of leaders to champion LGBTQ+ rights and challenge systemic barriers within their local communities and across Europe.

The bootcamp featured a carefully curated agenda packed with interactive workshops, team-building exercises, and sessions led by esteemed guest speakers. Participants actively engaged in candid, gender-sensitive conversations, exploring vital themes that ranged from advocating for women’s empowerment in familial and educational settings to leveraging digital platforms for social advocacy and community engagement.
